The Gallery key opens Abandoned Gallery entrance in Free Mine. It drops from Chest Secret Passage 01 in Free Mine. The same container also drops 1 other item listed under "Also contains" below. Pick the container with a lockpick if you have not found the key yet; this entry only documents the canonical key route.

If you would rather pick the door, a lockpick from any merchant works on it; the Gallery key just removes the dexterity check and the chance to break a pick mid-rotation while you are in Free Mine.
