The Orc Graveyard key opens Orc Graveyard gate in Orc Graveyard. To assemble it, combine Half a key (1) with Half a key (2). Each piece links to its own loot location. Both pieces are scattered, so plan a single sweep through the area before triggering the lock so neither half is missed.
If you would rather pick the door, a lockpick from any merchant works on it; the Orc Graveyard key just removes the dexterity check and the chance to break a pick mid-rotation.
