Gomez' master key
The Gomez' master key opens Gomez' chambers in Old Camp. Gomez of Old Camp carries it. Their inventory is reachable by pickpocketing during routines or looting after a fight, though the fight is tough. Stealing it before combat is recommended - confronting the owner risks faction reputation and may lock you out of nearby quests.
If you would rather pick the door, a lockpick from any merchant works on it; the Gomez' master key just removes the dexterity check and the chance to break a pick mid-rotation while you are in Old Camp. Quest scripts reference it under The Old Camp: Chapter 5, so picking it up before that step opens shortcuts during dialogue. The game runtime treats this as a master key, so additional locks in the same building accept it beyond the 1 explicit entry the bytecode names; do not sell it after the first door. Gomez fights with 1000 HP, so a stealth pickpocket is generally cheaper than a brawl - failing the steal still leaves the option open.
