Where do I find scrolls with Sleeper magic?

That depends on the guru. Baal Cadar, for example, teaches the novices the magic of the Sleeper.

If you want his attention, try and use a magic scroll in his vicinity.

Not a Windfist, of course - try putting one of his students to sleep or something, you get the idea.

Baal Namib, the one by the entrance, is a tough nut. I think Lester might be able to help you out here - just ask him when the old man is not around.

The other gurus aren't as hard to impress ... just make yourself useful, and make sure they notice.

Good choice. All right, here we go: I'm sure you already noticed almost none of the gurus are willing to talk to you, which makes it hard to impress them.

There are ways to work around that, but they are different for each of them. I can give you some tips.
